  • Condition: This mat has been in storage for about 10 years. It is in very good condition. The top surface is in excellent condition. The bottom surface has some dings due to the corners of boxes leaning against it. None of these issues affect the functionality.

    Description

    This is a great at home mat. At 4' x 6' x 1.25" it is much too small for sparring. Personally, I used it to practice rolling, falling and throwing. However, this mat can have many uses: stretching, Yoga, floor exercises, just about anything that a good clean compact exercise mat can do, as well as martial arts.
